By using QB Receipt Matcher, you agree to these terms of service. This application is a private, internal-use tool operated by Katabatic Engineering LLC and is not offered as a commercial service.
QB Receipt Matcher connects to QuickBooks Online to help match scanned receipt images to credit card transactions, suggest expense categories, and upload receipt attachments. The application runs locally on the user's computer and requires an active QuickBooks Online subscription.
This application is authorized for use only by Katabatic Engineering LLC personnel. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
This application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy of receipt OCR extraction, transaction matching, or category suggestions. Users should review all matches and categories before finalizing uploads to QuickBooks.
Katabatic Engineering LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to incorrect transaction matching, miscategorization of expenses, or data loss.
